The 2024 ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition will be held December 8-12, 2024 in New Orleans and is the largest gathering of pharmacists in the world.

The 2024 ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition attendee list allows you to reach current and emerging pharmacy leaders as well as professionals in clinical and managerial roles. Attendees represent every pivotal role in the field, including clinical coordinators, supervisors, university faculty, medication safety officers, staff pharmacists, pharmacy residents, students, and technicians.

The 2024 ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition attendee list is available to exhibitors and sponsors only.

Pre-Registration promotion opportunities include:
  • Attendee Postal Mailing List: send a pre-show mailing to all pre-registered attendees to promote your booth activities, symposium, and/or promotional theater.

  • Attendee Postal Mailing List with Directors: include a supplemental list of ASHP member pharmacy directors who have not yet registered.

  • Attendee Postal Mailing List with Exhibitor Preview: ASHP provides an option for you to reach the Midyear meeting registrants electronically. Create a one page advertisement (8.5 x 11 Color PDF file) promoting your booth or symposium. ASHP will include your ad in The Exhibitor Preview, and it will be emailed to registrants on your behalf, December 1st.
Please note:
  • Based on current privacy and security policies, the 2024 Midyear Meeting attendee list will no longer be released to ASHP exhibitors. INFOCUS Marketing, ASHP’s exclusive list manager & mail house for the 2024 Midyear Meeting attendee list, will handle the printing and fulfillment for all exhibitor mail campaigns.

  • All orders must be pre-paid in full.
